Title: Primary Care Administrator Minimum Qualifications: Five
years of management level experience including at least two years experience in
program management of a major clinic.
MHA, MBA, or MS in health administration or business administration may
be substituted for three years of management level experience. Supervised by: Chief
Executive Officer Position(s)
supervises: Office Manager, Dental
Services Coordinator, Dental Clinic Manager, Medical Assistant Supervisor,
Quality Improvement Coordinator, Special Projects Coordinator, Physicians,
Dentists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants. Typical Physical Demands and Working
Conditions: Requires
sitting for long periods of time, working at a computer terminal. Some bending
and stretching required. Ability to lift papers or boxes up to 30 pounds
occasionally. Requires corrected vision
and hearing to normal range. Manual dexterity
and eye-hand coordination required for
use of calculators, phones, computer keyboards and other equipment. Requires ability to sustain concentration in
a noisy and fast-paced environment.
